Customer service

Sometimes I forget how important good customer service is.  Shopping by price alone wasn’t getting me the answers I needed.  I had a problem deciding what to order.  I couldn’t make up my mind which flashlight holder I should buy.  So I called and spoke with the customer service lady there.   She explained the Stallion leather options that were possible, and suggested several different holders that fit my Streamlight® better than the first one I found.  I have to admit I was amazed at the knowledge of the products she demonstrated.  She guided me through the ordering process and gave me an approximate ship date.  And my holder arrived just as she said, and it is exactly what I wanted!  Thanks,  The price was great and the service was the difference.  I am recommending your site to all my friends.
